Step 1: Log In
- Begin by logging into your Google My Business account.

Step 2: Ask for Reviews**
- Click on the “ASK FOR REVIEWS” button within your Google My Business account.

Step 3: Copy Link**
- Copy the Google Business Review link provided.

Programming ReviewTap Cards Using NFC Tools App

1. Download the NFC Tools App:
   - Available on both Android and iOS.

2. Write the Review Link to the Card:
   - Open the NFC Tools app and select “Write.”
   - Click “Add Record,” then “Add URL/URI.”
   - Paste your Google Review Link and click “Ok” to write it to the NFC tag.

Scanning Tips:
- For iPhones, the NFC reader is located at the very top center, behind the front-facing camera.
- For Android phones, the NFC reader is located in the center-backside of the phone.
- Ensure your NFC is turned on, located in the settings near Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

1. Write Errors:
   - Check the byte size of your link. If it’s over 1,000 bytes, use a URL shortener.
   - Ensure the link doesn’t contain business information or duplicate HTTPS.
   - Try erasing the tag and re-writing the link.

2. Non-responsive Cards:
   - Verify all characters in the link are correct.
   - Try another device or clear your browser cache and cookies if facing browser-related issues.

3. Device Compatibility:
   - Make sure the device supports NFC.
   - Remove any metal or thick phone case that might be interfering with the NFC signal.

Programming Multiple Cards/Stands

- After successfully programming one card or stand, click “write” again to program the next one.
- If uploading a new link, delete the old link and paste the new one before writing.
